Jergel’s Rhythm Grille is an ADA compliant facility, there are designated areas in the venue to accommodate your requests.
If you have an ADA request when purchasing show tickets, please call the venue at (724) 799-8333 and leave a message at extension 107. A Jergel’s representative will return your call within 48 hours to discuss with you further. We will do everything possible to meet your needs.
To ensure a seat inside the venue, it is suggested you purchase early entry tickets to any/all shows. Securing an early entry ticket (most often between 100-125 tickets are sold) guarantees all visitors can locate a seat within the venue before the general admission patrons enter the facility. If you prefer to purchase general admission tickets, you can still secure a table for your wheelchair by contacting the venue (or Lisa McKenzie, email is below) and arriving for entry into the venue 10 minutes before the general admission doors open.
Email table needs for your wheelchair along with your cell phone number, number of guests (we can seat up to four people at a table) and your arrival time directly to Lisa McKenzie. Please call the venue for all other ADA inquiries at (724) 799-8333, extension 107.
